The price rate varies in both resorts depending on the facilities, room type, and booking time. Guests over the age of 62 receive a 10% discount. 

The rent fee must be paid in advance with a Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or JCB card. To get a refund on cancellation you’ve to cancel your reservation at least 7 days before your check-in date.

This goes for both resorts. You won’t get any refund otherwise.
